Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the EdQuantify platform at edquantify.com and related subdomains (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Description of Service
EdQuantify provides a multi-tenant analytics platform that aggregates performance data from third-party media platforms such as YouTube and podcast hosting services. The Service includes dashboards, reporting tools, content-to-show attribution, and client delivery tracking. Each organization operates within an isolated tenant workspace accessible via a dedicated subdomain.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. EdQuantify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as YouTube and Megaphone) via their official APIs using OAuth 2.0 or API key authentication. By connecting a third-party account, you represent that you have authorization to grant EdQuantify read-only access to that account's analytics data. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard. EdQuantify is not responsible for changes, outages, or data availability issues on third-party platforms.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service, including analytics data fetched from connected platforms on your behalf. EdQuantify does not claim ownership of your data. We process and store your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access another tenant's data, reverse-engineering the platform, using the Service to violate any third-party platform's terms of service, or submitting false or misleading data. You agree not to exceed reasonable usage limits or use automated means to access the Service outside of our provided interfaces.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Analytics data is subject to delays inherent in third-party platform APIs (typically 24–48 hours for YouTube Analytics).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdQuantify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
